After 10 years in the same location at the AFM we will be moving one suite closer to the ocean while remaining on the 8th floor. The new location is the Escondido Suite and at this year’s AFM, November 5-12, we would like to meet with you to discuss our newest films from Lightning Entertainment and Mainline Releasing.
New titles for our lineup include: crime action thriller, LA LINEA/THE LINE starring Ray Liotta (“Smokin’Aces”, “Good Fellas”) and Andy Garcia (“Ocean’s 11, 12, 13” “Untouchables”), set in the world of ruthless narco-traffickers; GRACE, a terrifying supernatural thriller in the style of “Rosemary’s Baby,” starring Jordan Ladd (“Cabin Fever”) and based on the short created by director Paul Solet, who has been praised by Eli Roth (“Hostel”) as part of the new breed of directors of intellectual horror; TRAILER PARK OF TERROR labeled “a new genre classic” by Fangoria Magazine. Currently in pre-production, THE REEF an adventure/thriller about a group of holiday-makers whose idyllic vacation turns tragic when stalked by a great white shark, from the director-producer team who created the cult hit “Black Water”.
Just completed, THE MERRY GENTLEMAN, a complex yet embracing psychological thriller with Hitchcockean humor starring and making his directorial debut, Michael Keaton (“Batman”) and Kelly Macdonald (“No Country for Old Men”). THE BECKONING, a spine-tingling ghost story from writer-director Elio Quiroga (“The Dark Hour”). We are also introducing THE SHORTCUT, currently in post-production and the first thriller from Adam Sandler and Scott Sandler’s new banner Scary Madison Productions.
Our extensive catalogue features a broad range of feature length titles across all genres including Action, Comedy, Drama, Family, Horror, Thriller, Romance, Suspense and more, plus a range of Award-Winning feature films and documentaries, as well as Mainline’s Library for late-night programming, featuring series, movies and reality events produced by MRG Entertainment for Cinemax, Showtime, and Direct-TV.
